Due to the nature of our products being a food based supplement, any opened products are non-returnable and non -refundable.
Any unopened products that are returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • There is a 20% restocking fee in the case of a return that was not given a proper 2 week chance of trying to supplement as stated in the 30 day satisfaction guarantee requirements.
  • Do you offer exchanges? 
    • Unfortunately, once a supplement product has been opened it may not be exchanged. 
  • How long does a refund take to process? 
    • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the bank.
